Our services are digital and customized to each client’s project. As such, we do not offer full refunds once work has begun or a milestone has been delivered. However, partial refunds or credit toward future services may be considered in certain situations, as detailed below.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment: If you are charged more than once for the same service.
  • Project cancellation by us: If we are unable to deliver a service as agreed due to internal issues on our end.
  • Service not delivered: If you have paid and no work has been initiated within 15 business days without communication from our side.
  1. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Change of mind after project initiation.
  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or input.
  • Completed services or milestones that have been delivered and approved.
  • Third-party service costs (e.g., hosting, domain, ads, plugins) that are already paid for.
  • SEO or Marketing performance: Results are not guaranteed due to the nature of search engine and platform algorithms.
  1. Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

  1. Submit a refund request via email to billing@coreitsolutions.org within 7 days of your payment or project issue.
  2. Include your Invoice ID, Service description, and a brief reason for the refund request.
  3. Our billing team will investigate and respond within 5–10 business days.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a service before the project has started. In such cases:

  • Full refunds are issued only if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment and before work has begun.
  • After that, a cancellation fee of up to 30% may apply to cover administrative and resource costs.
  1. Chargebacks

We strongly discourage chargebacks without prior communication. If a chargeback is initiated without giving us a chance to resolve the issue:

  • All ongoing services will be immediately suspended.
  • You may be blacklisted from future service.
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action or debt recovery.
